For just over £1 a day, you will receive full telephone support (during normal
working hours*), email support and free updates of future software developments as
and when they are released.
Pay monthly via standing order at £34.95 per month (plus £50 administration fee on first

note that, once you have downloaded the application, if you have any issues we
cannot deal with these unless you have a Current Support Contract. It may take
up to five working days to verify your details. Sign up for support when you

On-site support is also available, and will be charged at £150 per hour
(minimum £300). On-site support at this rate is only available to those who have
the Telephone Support + Free Upgrade agreement. All others will be charged at
the full normal rate of £180 per hour (minimum £400).

European Clients
Those of you using the software
on the continent, can now pay directly by Euro. This is payable by invoice on a quarterly
basis as opposed to a monthly standing
order payment. Prices are: €155 per quarter + vat** with
a one-off administration fee of €75 + vat**
**If you can supply us with a
valid tax exemption code, vat will not be applied.
Training
As well as offer you telephone and on-site support, we can offer you training on
Agency Manager to enable you and your staff to fully acquaint yourselves with
Agency Manager.
The cost for training is £500 per day for all those with a support contract (all prices subject to VAT
at 17.5%).
Travel outside of the M25 is charged at £0.40p per mile.

Agency Manager 6 has
over 90 templates. We don't use
proprietary formats and all templates can be modified in Microsoft™ Word. If,
however, you would like to fully customise these templates with your own

From £450 + VAT we can Brand all existing templates currently available with
Agency Manager Professional (Version 4.0 and above) with your details.

**Minimum Term Contract is 12 Months - Contracts can not be terminated in the
