Price: £34.95 per month per office.

This price is for the License and the Support Subscription. You can use the software on as many PCs as you wish within your office, there is NO per seat licensing costs. If you have more than one office, then the same cost applies to each office.

There is also an additional one-off initial start-up cost of £50 per Agency (not office). Minimum term contract is 12 months.

Price: £250 for site creation. £25 for monthly hosting

Templates Branding

There are over 90 templates in Agency Manager. We don't use proprietary formats and all templates can be modified simply by yourself in Microsoft™ Word.

If, however, you would like to fully customise these templates with your own branding or create your own preferred templates, but don't feel confident in doing them yourself, we can brand all existing templates with your details.

Templates Creation

Although there are over 90 available templates, some clients like to create their own templates. We can help with the creation of templates specific to your requirements. Price is £150 per 5 templates - minimum order is 5.

Overseas Clients

Payments for overseas clients can be made in Euros or GB Pounds.

Those that choose to pay in Euros, prices are €155 per quarter for the software with an additional one-off initial start up fee of €75.

Web hosting costs for Euro clients are: €350 for site creation and €35 per month for web hosting.

All Euro clients are invoiced on a quarterly basis as opposed to a monthly standing order payment. VAT is charged unless clients can supply us with a valid tax exemption code, in which case vat will not be applied.

"Because the price is so low, does this mean the software is of a low standard?"

Absolutely not. Agency Manager has been developed by IT experts in conjunction with Estate Agents to ensure that it is not only reliable but also does exactly what you want it to do. We will be keeping it up-to-date and introducing new features at regular intervals, we envisage an application that is at least as good as any other on the market BUT are striving for an Application that exceeds any competitor's product. The best proof, however, is by testing it yourself - download it now, if you don't like it - uninstall it.

"Will the price increase rapidly after I have signed up for the first year?"

Absolutely not. We are committed to keeping prices at this kind of level for as long as we can. This is the sixth consecutive year that the price has remained unchanged at £34.95 per month.
